Contest rules

• This contest is open to all Zaton Holiday Resort guests.
• To enter the contest you have to complete the questionnaire and send a photo of your holiday in Zaton Holiday Resort by e-mail. The photo has to be in JPEG format. Minimum resolution of the photograph is 1800x1600 pixel (equivalent to 3 megapixel camera), and the size must not exceed 2MB.
• Please send your correct personal data (name, address and zip code, phone number, e-mail address) so we can contact and inform the winner of the contest.
• You will be disqualified from the contest if your photography is inappropriate and if the questionnaire is not completed properly.
• By entering this contest, participants accept and agree to these contest rules.

Contest prize

• This contest will begin on June 1st, 2011 and end on January 15th, 2012.
• The winner is awarded with a seven day stay in Zaton Holiday Resort for 2, for the season 2012.
• On February 1st, 2012 the name of the winner will be announced on Zaton Holiday Resort web pages. The contest winner will be notified in written form. Proof of identification and residence must be produced on request.
• The contest prize is not redeemable in cash and is not transferable. The contest prize must be accepted as awarded — no substitutions at the request of the winner will be made.
• The prize must be used by September 20th, 2012.

General rules

• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, Zaton Holiday Resort reserves the right to draw another winner.
• By entering the contest, the participants consent to the use of the contest photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes of Zaton Holiday Resort without additional compensation.
• Zaton Holiday Resort reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, amend or suspend this contest at any time without prior notice.
