The right timing

It may be mid spring, it may be at a later date. As long as you get your share of wonderful Zaton moments this season. After all, there are 169 days for you to pick from, so make sure you select the timing that is right for you. And then get ready for pre-travel jitters, daydreaming about the times you will get to fully enjoy the beautiful Adriatic setting with the ones you love.

Looking forward to… the resort

Simply because it’s a lovely place with an excellent vibe. A place where you can never get bored. A place where you can feel perfectly at ease. So, once you are all set to start the countdown, consider the selection of activities at the resort.

If you are a returning guest, you might already be familiar with our fabulous leisure and sports amenities, large and exciting swimming pool complex, not to mention the golf range, Flip Flop Activity Park and Zatonino Club. Indeed, the resort is an excellent place to continue pursuing your favourite pastimes and take up new hobbies in a wonderful Mediterranean environment. Then, in the evening, you get to enjoy various performances, musicals and shows at the open-air theatre, to round off a fulfilling day.

Season 2023 also comes with a few novelties, all for your ultimate holiday experience. Namely, a brand new food & fun centre (central beach) as well as a science park (eastern side of the beach) will add extra choice to your list of special Zaton experiences.

Curious to explore what the wider region has to offer? Well, at Zaton Holiday Resort you couldn’t be at a better place, so it might be a good idea (as your countdown runs) to check out your options. For example, you can set off straight from the resort to visit the island of Silba or the Kornati islands, visit a national park (Krka) and Šibenik, or go on a Zadar City Tour. Indeed, there’s a lot to choose from, not only in terms of destinations but also the active ways of getting about.

Want to feel the urban vibe? There’s the vibrant city of Zadar, just 15 km from the resort. Wish to discover the charm of an old coastal town? There’s Nin, just a light walk away from the resort. And there are a number of other historical villages and towns such as Pag on the coast and Benkovac inland, for you to discover.

What about taking in breathtaking nature? In addition to admiring the beauty of the seaside, islands of Zadar archipelago, Kornati Islands National Park and Telašćica Nature Park, there are a number of natural attractions on land as well. With the seaside, mountains (Paklenica National Park), rivers (Zrmanja, Krka National Park) and lakes (Vrana Nature Park), the wider Zadar region truly is a sight for sore eyes.
