General questions

How much is the entrance to the resort?

Guests staying in the resort do not have to pay the entrance fee. Daily visitors are required to pay an entrance fee. The amount depends on the period of their visit and does not include the use of the swimming pool complex. Use of the swimming pool complex is reserved for guests staying in the resort.

Do we have to pay the admission fee for the pool complex?

No, all guests with the accommodation in the resort have access to the swimming pool complex free of charge.

Is Wi-Fi free of charge?

Wi-Fi is free of charge for all our guests.

Is parking included in the price?

Yes, parking is included in the price.

Is it possible to book half board / breakfast upon arrival?

Yes, you can book half-board / breakfast at the reception upon arrival. Or, you can pay for each meal according to your wishes directly in our buffet restaurant.

Is there a gluten-free food option?

We offer a gluten-free diet option. Please submit your preference at the moment of booking and mention this also at check-in.

Is there a laundry service?

There are laundry services (washing and drying) at the sanitary blocks in the campsite as well as in the apartments area. All necessary information can be found at the reception.

Is there a barbecue / grill?

There are grill and picnic areas next to each sanitary block in the campsite and these can be used free of charge. Personal electrical and gas grills are allowed on the camping pitches. Open fire is not allowed!

What does the beach look like and do I have to pay for access?

The beach is approx. 1500 m long, mostly sandy with warm and shallow water. For all guests staying in our resort access to the beach is free of charge.

Are sun beds and beach umbrellas included in the price?

Sun beds and beach umbrellas are not included in the price. You can rent them directly on the beach and at the pool complex. Payment in cash is not possible.

Is my data protected on your web pages?

Is it possible to book a transfer from Zadar Airport to your resort and back?

Yes, you can book the transfer together with the accommodation on our website.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept euro, credit or debit cards (EC/MC, Visa, Diners, Maestro).

Are there any EV charging stations in the resort?

There are 2 charging locations in the resort with the possibility of simultaneously charging 8 electric vehicles. The use of the charging stations is free of charge for our guests.

Pets

Are dogs allowed in your resort?

Yes, dogs up to 7 kg are allowed. If they are larger than 7 kg please submit an inquiry containing the information about the breed and weight of your pet. If you are coming with your pet, please specify it in your reservation.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?

There is a special area where dogs are allowed on the beach but not in the water. There is also a dog beach located near the harbor where dogs are allowed in water also.

Can I go into a restaurant with my pet?

Your pet, unless it is a guide dog, is not allowed in the restaurants, only on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant. Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times.

My reservation

Is early check-in possible?

Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival day. If the accommodation unit is empty and has already been cleaned, the receptionist can approve an early check-in.

Do you provide towels in the accommodation units and how often are they changed?

Towels are at disposal in each accommodation unit. We change them every 7 days except for Superior apartments where they are changed every 4 days. Towels are included in the price.

Is late check-out possible and how much does it cost?

Late check-out is subject to availability on departure day. Prior confirmation from the reception is obligatory. If the accommodation unit is available, you can extend your stay until 6 p.m. and you will be charged 50% of the daily rental price. For check-out after 6 p.m. one whole additional day will be charged.

In case of an earlier departure, will I be charged for the entire stay (according to my booking) or only for the time I actually spent at the resort?

If you announce your earlier departure before arrival or during check-in, we will only charge a fee of 1 night per accommodation unit according to the valid price list. If you announce your earlier departure during your stay, the total booking amount will be charged.

Are extra beds / baby cots available?

Extra beds are available only in 4-Star Studio Apartments for 2 (Superior and Comfort). Baby cots are available in every accommodation unit but should be booked in advance.

Is it possible to book a specific accommodation unit (floor, view, location, etc.)?

Your special requests submitted at the moment of booking are subject to availability and will be taken into account when allocating your accommodation unit. However, we cannot give any guarantees.

Do you provide bed linen in the accommodation units and how often is it changed?

Bed linen is available in the accommodation units and we change it every 7 days. It is included in the price.

Camping pitches

What is the size of a pitch?

Pitches range in size from 80m² up to 100m².

Which connections does the pitch rental include?

Electricity, water and draining are included in the pitch rental.

Are pets allowed on the pitch?

Pets are allowed on the pitch. However, they have to be kept on leash and under direct control of their owners.

Is it possible to rent a fridge box at your place?

Yes, fridge boxes are located at the sanitary blocks. The capacity is 40 liters per unit and they are used for maintaining the beverages, fruit and vegetables fresh.

Are the sanitary blocks adapted for disabled persons?

Four out of five sanitary facilities in the campsite are adjusted to people with walking disabilities.

What does pitch occupied, uninhabited mean?

Pitch occupied, uninhabited means that the pitch is occupied by the caravan, camper or a tent but the guests are absent due to various reasons (excursion for example).

Is there a camper service at the campsite?

Camper service is available and located in the northern part of the resort. For the exact location please check at the reception upon arrival. This service is free of charge.
